Welcome to Starbird Cupertino, our Bike Friendly Business of the Month!

Starbird Chicken is located on the corner of Blaney and Stevens Creek Boulevard at 20080 Stevens Creek Blvd Suite 100, and is a relatively new business for Cupertino. They are known for their delicious chicken and salads (our board recommends the Elote Chicken Salad!).

The new protected bike lanes on Stevens Creek Boulevard between DeAnza and Wolfe are coming soon, as construction is beginning now which will make this destination even better to bike to very soon.  Starbird Chicken wins the honor of being our Bike Friendly Business of the month because of its convenient bike parking, and how you can enjoy your meal even while keeping a close eye on your bike–there is ample seating on their patio. Picking up food to go on a bike is also easy, as there is a dedicated area for pickup orders right near the registers. Wait times are very short, so your bike will not be left alone too long.

The bike parking is right out front–and the best part is that you can enjoy your meal while always within sight of it, as there is ample seating on the patio. Pickup is also easy, as there is a dedicated area for pickup orders right near the registers. Wait times are very short, so your bike will not be left alone too long.

We encourage you to visit Starbird soon, and let them know that you are there because they are a bike-friendly business!

Being bike friendly can mean a lot of things, but the presence of a convenient and visible bike rack, which makes it easy for cyclists to secure their property, is the most important criteria.

These businesses enhance our community and we want everyone to know about them! If you know of such a business (or are a business interested in getting more patrons on bikes), please let us know in the comments or contact us at info@walkbikecupertino.org.
