Cupertino Safe Routes to School (SR2S) is a partnership program between City staff and community partners, who collaborate to advance the program’s mission: to create a safer environment for students and families in Cupertino to travel to and from school actively.
We encourage any community member (you don’t need to have a student in the local schools) who has an interest in creating safer streets to get more involved with Cupertino Safe Routes to School! Email saferoutes@cupertino.org to become more involved.
To learn more, attend one of the Working Group meetings. If you’re interested in attending a meeting, have comments, questions, or the capacity to help, please email saferoutes@cupertino.org.
Meetings are held monthly during the school year, generally the second Wednesday of the month, 4-5pm.
